Owen Karonies Stacey
Hello my name is Owen Karonies Stacey. I was born on July 15, 1989 . I'm in my fifth year here at Kahnawake Survival School and am working at completing grade eleven and hopefully graduating and receiving my diploma.
My mother's name is Cynthia and she is the woman responsible for putting the clothes on my back and food in my belly. She is my loving and caring mother who does everything in her power to bring me up the right way. My father's name is Dwayne and he is a teacher here at Survival. My father really taught me a lot. I think he prepared me for when I become a father. I have a brother whose name is Jordan. He is my little but big brother. He is turning sixteen this summer and he is a grade behind me. I also have a little sister who just turned twelve years old and she is more like me. I have a girlfriend, Kyla, and we spend almost all of our time together . Kyla is the person who is always there for me when I'm feeling down or am just in a bad mood . She is the one who listens to all my complaints and worries.
My plans for the future are to work as a carpenter for a while with my uncle's crew and after that I don't know where I might end up, maybe university or maybe just construction for the rest of my life. People always tell me computers are the future and I always say, "Yeah, but you will always need buildings to put computers in and that will always take a carpenter to build."
Some of my interests include going hunting with friends and family. I also like to go fishing near my cabin up in St. lucie. Over the years I have played lacrosse, hockey, baseball, wrestled, golf and paintball.
There is a lot more about me but if I put every thing down you would be reading forever. This was just a little about me that I thought should be up on the website.
